Biography
A common phrase you’ll hear from Meg on the field is “I can’t run, I’m laughing too hard!” Meg plays with a smile on her face and never fails to brighten your day. Her leadership has been a driving force of Fever’s success, leading them to back-to-back titles at sectionals, securing Fever a competitive seed at regionals. Whether it’s a gratuitous bid followed by an injury call, helping a rookie understand the rules of frisbee, or giving advice after a tough point, Meg is present on and off the field. As a primary handler, she cuts with intense agility and throws with sharpness.
Over the past 4 years on Fever, Meg has been a captain twice, Fever’s rookie of the year and honorable mention in 2022. Outside of Fever, Meg has played on a variety of club teams such as Rival 2023, Chaos 2024, Steamboat 2025, and WBUC 2023 Team China.
A word I would describe Meg with is resilient. Even though it’ll take her a while to crawl off the field after an injury call, she’ll be right back on the next point, explaining a play or strategic move. She’ll be the first one down the field after her own pull. Meg plays with a kindness and competitive energy that is simply for the love of the game and people around her. Along with a thousand layers of clothing, Meg brings her generous and lovable spirit to tournaments, practices, and everywhere else she goes.
