Biography
Lily Johnson started playing ultimate as a Freshman at American University. Poached from the AU Club Soccer Team, her speed, agility, and athleticism have always been tremendous assets. But beyond any skill on the field, Lily Johnson is a treasured teammate, lively sideline member, and reliable presence for American University’s leadership. Lily captained the Dirty Ladies her junior year and furthered her frisbee career by playing for Grit during the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
Her second time ever at USAU Club Nationals, she led the women’s division in goals. This April, Lily made her PUL debut on DC Shadow. She scored 3 goals and made 2 assists in the first game of the season (while managing to throw in a very nifty scoober). Lily’s favorite things about ultimate are hammers, her teammates, and getting to defy gravity.
