Biography
Isabella “Isa” Wahl has been the captain of Helpful Corn since her sophomore season in 2022. There was no guarantee that Helpful Corn would be able to survive after the pandemic. However, Isa has fostered Corn into a loud, strong, and numerous community of support and competitiveness. She is always so kind, energetic, and willing to stand up for her teammates. On the field she is a handler that loves her big flick huck, but will do the dirty work grinding in the handler space too. She has nasty inside break throws and is always looking to get a little spicy when the other team attempts to throw a zone. Beyond Corn Isa has played for Baltimore Anthem this past club season and is looking to continue there this coming summer. Helpful Corn supports Isa as our Callahan nomination this year!
