Biography
Goodness, or Goody as we call her, started playing ultimate in middle school and played in high school at Oakland Tech where she captained for 2 years. Goody has been playing on Sol for her 2nd, 3rd and 4th year at UCSC. She didn’t play her first year because she tore her ACL, meniscus, MCL, PCL, and LCL in March of her freshman year. Devastating in your first year of college frisbee!
Sol has gone to nationals every year she has been on the team. This season Sol has won Stanford Invite, gotten 2nd at Prez Day, just recently won regionals and plans to go far at nationals. Goody is very involved in our team culture leading cheers, connecting with rookies, and creating the best environment for us to succeed. Goody adds so much to our team and stays involved in leadership. Her sophomore year she was fundraising chair, then captain junior year, and now social chair.
Outside of frisbee she is perusing a degree to become a doctor and has many years of medical school ahead of her. She enjoys spending time outside with friends, working at a local physical therapy office and open mic on campus.
