Biography
Devin Allard-Neptune (aka Scooter) is a senior wrapping up her fourth year playing on Shiver for Brown University. Since her freshman year, Devin has been a force to be reckoned with on the pitch (and in more recent years, off the field, flying through campus on her scooter). Having kicked off her ultimate career at Horace Mann School in the Bronx, where she was a captain of her team, she came to Shiver tryouts in the fall of 2022 with a clear passion and impressive knowledge of the game.
Devin is an integral handler on Shiver, regularly driving offensive successes against challenging zones. She is also an astounding defensive presence in the deep space, winning 99.9999% of the hucks thrown her way. Not only is she able to time her jumps beautifully and come down with the disc in her hand, she does so in a careful manner, always prioritizing safety and spirit of the game.
Devin has also played for two club teams, Heatwave in 2025 and Boston Slow in 2024. She was also a U24 Tryout Nominee in the fall of 2024.
As an upperclassman, she has been a great source of inspiration for our rookies, and we can think of no one more deserving for this award.
