Biography
Brooke Chomko is the epitome of a great teammate and ultimate player. Her sportsmanship, athleticism, and dedication to our team and the spirit of our sport push every player on the EWO to be the best they can possibly be. She started playing in high school, including a season of YCCs with Illinois Hypnosis. Then, in 2022, Brooke joined the Tufts EWO with a tenacious drive to get better, not only as a player but as a teammate, too. Her growth throughout her time on the EWO has been immense, and today we are proud to call her our captain; she is one of our strongest players and leaders. Her commitment to the grind is insatiable, and in her daily push to get better herself, she inevitably lifts the whole team up with her. Second only to Brooke’s grind is her consistent ability to make the entire team laugh. Coming to practice is always a joy when Brooke is there to crack a joke with you on the sideline (or even sometimes on the field!). Her presence is invaluable, and we are deeply grateful for the commitment she’s given us over the years. Tufts University EWO is proud to present our 2026 Callahan nominee, Brooke Chomko.
