Biography
Mica Glass grew up surrounded by ultimate in Chicago, IL, and by middle school it was clear he was destined to make his own mark on the sport. Throughout high school, Mica won two YCC championships and helped the Chicago Union to the AUDL championship game. In 2022, he brought that same winning mentality to Eugene.
Since joining Oregon Ego, Mica has been nothing short of exceptional, earning D-I College Men’s Rookie of the Year in 2023 and back-to-back All-American honors, awarded second team in 2024 and first team in 2025. Now captaining Ego in his junior and senior seasons, he has elevated the program’s systems and culture in ways that go far beyond stats and accolades. On the club side, Mica has been a key part of Portland Rhino Slam! since 2022, anchoring the team during their 2024 National Championship run and earning Club Breakout Player of the Year and First Team All-Club along the way. Mica is one of the most caring, dedicated teammates and friends you’ll find, always there to support the people around him on and off the field, and his impact on the Oregon Ego program will be felt long after he’s gone.
