Matthew Latvis, who joined Doom Ultimate Frisbee Club during his freshman year with zero prior experience, has altered the course of this program for years to come. Elected captain his senior year, the choice was easy thanks to his dedication to the team and exceptional leadership skills. Doomsday is always approaching when Matt Lat takes the field—his unteachable athleticism is a force to be reckoned with. A member of the Hudson Valley Funk club team, groovy is just one way to describe his play on the field.
Consistency is the name of the game—specifically, consistently pushing the limits of what it means to be an elite player. Perfect pulls? Check. Inexplicable catches? Check. Woo? Doom.
