Biography
Sarah VD has built the Vermont youth women’s ultimate scene from the ground up, a community where many of our players now come from. She led Ruckus through the pandemic and is now the fearless leader of the top five team in the country. She is a recent select of the U24 U.S. National Team in the mixed division and is one of the strongest handlers and best defenders in the division. She brings enthusiasm, competitiveness, laughter, grit, grace, and speed wherever she goes.
