Biography

Bailey started playing ultimate in fourth grade in Seattle, WA. She fell in love with the sport and the community and culture of ultimate, and it has been a huge part of her life ever since. Throughout high school, Bailey coached elementary school and youth summer camps in Seattle. In 2018, she played on the USA U20 Team. In 2019, she started her college career on Colorado Quandary. In 2021, she began playing with Denver’s Molly Brown. A few weeks into her season with Molly Brown, she tore her ACL and meniscus, keeping her off the field for two club seasons and two college seasons. She still captained Quandary during the 2021-22 college season despite her injury status, and she is now finishing out her college career this 2022-23 season, in her fifth year of eligibility, as a playing captain. Bailey is looking to continue coaching in her post-grad life.
