Biography
It is an honor to name Michael Arbutine as our Callahan nominee. Michael has been the definition of hard work and dedication throughout his whole time at UF, growing tremendously on and off the field. He has truly developed the skills necessary to be an elite ultimate player but has also become a great leader as well. He has impacted many people in the Gainesville community and Florida ultimate program and has instilled these traits in those looking up to him. He was a star on the former Tampa Bay Cannons and is now a member of the Atlanta Hustle. He was a captain of Florida Ultimate during the 2022-2023 season. We can’t wait to see what his future holds.
