KJ Koo


KJ followed his parents into the world of ultimate. With his high school YCC team, Powerline, he won the YCC championships beginning an already successful ultimate career. KJ has played 4 years at Cal Poly and captained the team for two of them. In 2020, he was runner up for defensive player of the year and a second team All-American. In 2021, he was runner up for offensive player of the year and a first team All-American. KJ also plays prominent roles on the Los Angeles Aviators and the number one team in the region, SoCal Condors. Outside of ultimate, KJ is graduating with a degree in civil engineering and plans to take those skills into the world of renewable energy.
