Jason Tapper is an embodiment of inspiring leadership. From his game-saving layout Ds to his constant mentorship on the field, Jason uplifts every single person around him. It’s hard to believe Mr. ‘Captain Ultimate’ hadn’t played ultimate 4 years ago, but that only serves as a testament to everything Jason has poured into this sport. When others might let their nerves get to them, Jason has stood strong in big moments, winning a college (’24) and a UFA (Glory ’25) championship. Jason is the player you want on the line next to you in every challenging moment, and we are so proud to have him as our Callahan nominee.
